Background
Frank was born in Bronx, NY in 1968, but he has called Tampa home since he was 5 years-old.
He started barbering in 1987, and worked for 20+ years at Checkmate Barber Shop in South Tampa. Frank moved to New Tampa / Wesley Chapel and started working at Bob’s Barber Shop on Old Hwy 54 in 2013.
He started Frank Cagnina’s Barber shop in Wesley Chapel in 2020 because the timing for a new kind of barber shop has never been so perfect.
A Different Model
In response to the changing times, Frank has created a shop where clients can come in one at a time – eliminating the wait times and congestion of pre-COVID 19 shops.
